• Regular Masterclass on UAE Corporate Tax & and Transfer Pricing, Masterclass on VAT, Excise and Customs and Masterclass on AML Compliance
• Subject matter expert speakers (SMEs) from profession and industry
• Members forum to learn Taxation. No such forum for taxation in UAE
• Yearly 8-10 events (free) and 10-12 workshops (Nominal Charges)
• Open for all UAE resident nationalities

• Members are getting full credit of Membership fees to attend 1 workshop FREE. Eventually no membership fees.
• New Members one time Registration Fees will apply AED 100 plus VAT (AED 105)
  Plus AED 300 plus VAT (AED 315) Membership Fees.
• New Member will get full credit of Membership fees to attend 1 workshop free. Eventually no membership fees.
• Existing Members/New Members to complete Mandatory registration form.
• Free Credit to be utilized by Member within 6 months of joining Membership. After 6 months Credit will be lapsed.

• The Managing Committee will consist from Founding Members or as recommended by Taxation Society Founder Chairman and President.
• Founding Members are getting credit of Membership fees for first 10 years and eligible to attend paid 6 workshops free in calendar year.
• Founding Member application to be approved by Chairman and President of Taxation Society.

1. Admission to and renewal of membership shall be on and subject to the terms of the Memorandum of Association of The “Tax Society” and the provisions following (which shall have effect in accordance with the law for the time being in force in the United Arab Emirates).

2. The Committee shall have power to grant or refuse any application for admission to or renewal of membership without being required to disclose any reason and may delegate such power to a sub-committee established for the purpose (the “Membership Sub-committee”) or any member thereof. In the event of refusal of such application any enrolment or annual membership or booking fee paid shall be returned in full.

3. The “Tax Society” does not endorse any views expressed or guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in any presentation or publication or on the website of the Association and a member making use of such content for any purpose does so at his own risk.

4. Privacy policy. Information relating to members (including guest members, intending and former members) is collected, stored securely, processed and deleted as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of establishing, managing and terminating membership and not otherwise.
