He then moved to KPMG in Mumbai and had specialized in International Tax and Finance and is advising on various cross border transactions from International and Domestic Tax and Regulatory perspective. His skills help companies do set up right Corporate Holding structure for the group, Evaluation of New Business/Investment Opportunities, Strategic Inputs/Reviews for businesses and Managing Compliance issues.

Nirav has a 20 plus years’ experience from own practice to leading consulting firm to working with large family-owned corporate group. He has a hands-on experience of establishing and managing structures and compliances in more than 12 jurisdictions; evolving suitable corporate structures for holding companies, acquisition of business, financing, and IP optimization structures; establishing suitable family structures for Asset protection, succession planning, efficient ownership, and valuable experience of operating in multiple jurisdictions.

Nirav had successfully conducted VAT Trainings for Dubai SME, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Dubai, Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) Dubai and Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) Dubai (to name a few), with a total participant of around 1,600+ Professionals who work from 550+ Companies, coming from the 7 Emirates of UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah).

CA Mahesh Prabhu is a professional Chartered Accountant with over 32 years of experience in the field of audit, assurance, finance and other related consultancy. He is currently a Senior Partner – Audit, Assurance & Tax Consultancy at Dar AlNuzum Public Accountants, Dubai, UAE. He is also a Fellow Member of the UAE’s Emirates Association for Accountants & Auditors (EAAA).

CA Mahesh Prabhu has served in several positions as Audit Manager, Audit Director and as Associate Partner in audit and consultancy in the UAE and India. CA Mahesh is a Fellow member of Dubai Chapter of ICAI and Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Delhi, India.

He has served as a faculty member for MCA and GMCS for the CA students at ICAI Dubai Chapter and conducted multiple seminars on UAE VAT, IFRS for various corporate clients and organizations. He has also served as a President of ICAT (Institute of Chartered Accountants Toastmasters) Club, Dubai, UAE from the year 2014-2015, where he garnered leadership and communication skill.

Bhawna Chopra is partner at Premier Brains Global, an established consulting firm offering audit, tax consultancy and business advisory services to its clients. She heads the Tax department and is responsible for managing the operations of this department which covers direct, indirect tax, international taxation consulting and compliance. She is an all India rank holder Chartered Accountant. She also holds MBA degree from Edinburgh business school (UK) and Diploma in Transfer pricing from ATT,UK. Her previous work experience includes working with Ernst & Young and Schlumberger (Oil & gas MNC).

A seasoned tax professional with over 19 years of experience in the areas of taxation advisory covering corporate tax, tax and legal restructuring, transfer pricing, value added tax, excise tax and economic substance regulations. She has successfully led various tax impact assessment and implementation projects in UAE. She has expertise in providing advisory on international tax treaties and GCC taxation. She has been actively involved in conducting various tax trainings and workshops.
